Baby Boomers Often Turn to Alternative Medicine (becominghealthy)


SJCRG: Contrary to conventional wisdom, Baby Boomers (BBs) turn to alternative Medicine often, according to article. Why? Maybe conventional medicine is not as successful as touted? Maybe Doctors find BBs more difficult to interact with? Or maybe BBs/elderlies are less able withstand the side effects of aggressive medical treatment?

As a caricature I could say it is the fight of serious Alternative Medicine against Big Pharma.
No real conclusions, but vitamin C seem to be pretty safe, so why not?
