Could multivitamins raise breast cancer risk? (reuters)


SJCRG: could be that women who take the supplements “intuitivily” know they are at risk? Most likely component(s) of the supplements are raising the risk…CLICK HERE for link to Reuters

Omega-3 fatty acids in dry eye and corneal nerve regeneration (sciencedirect)


SJCRG: Does not seem that the Omega-3 were ingested, but still point to serious restorative properties.

Oxidative stress in multiple sclerosis (NCBI,NIH)


SJCRG: A connection between MS and oxidative stress, according to this Polish research. They are known enough to be listed by the NIH.

Hmmm….Well, a diet antioxidant rich is probably a good idea. For potent anti oxydant supplements, see below.

SJCRG: CLICK HERE for this study published in Cochrane: Antioxidant supplements for preventing gastrointestinal cancers.
The fact that oxydation processes are involved in gastrointestinal cancers did not make antioxydant supplements a clear winner.
