“…., treatment group patients appeared to have fewer relapse events and a persistent reduction in T-cell proliferation compared to controls…”
Some improvement was observed, but these are very high doses : vitamin D doses up to 40,000 IU/day over 28 weeks, and then coasting down! Better wait for some comfirmative studies and discuss this with your Doctor…

MediNewsDigest:: This is the “Ketogenic diet” According to article, “.. is a treatment of choice for seizures associated with glucose transporter protein deficiency (ie, De Vivo disease) and pyruvate dehydrogenase complex deficiency..” This seem to mean a subset of epilepsy. Does not look like an easy or otherwise nutritious diet, but hopefully helpful for this kind of children’s epilepsy.

Is Stevia an ‘FDA approved’ sweetener? If not why?

So beyond the knee-jerk reflex of accusing the artificial sweeter industry of wanting to strangle Stevia, some questions might need to be answered.
