Depression: Exercise Most Effective (Mercola)


MediNewsDigest: Exercise is a very potent antidote to depression, if not the most potent, according to this interview with Robert Whitaker.
What about disabled people, who certainly have reasons to be depressed…I guess less exercise is better than none. Severely disabled: Are meds are the only choice? Then could come the “mental” techniques such as mindfulness.
