Living Under Stress With Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Dellwo,about)

“… yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, supplements, massage, acupuncture, a relaxing hobby. ..” I would say: all of the above that your time/money can afford without adding stress to the stress.
I doubt that all this grinding stress can be 100% remedied, but, hey, we will take what we can get….

Neurontin is generic Gabapentin
Trileptal is Generic for Oxcarbazepine
Note that Neurontin/ Gabapentin is often prescibed for Fibromyalgia
